General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the rental of limousines and the transport of persons by Swiss Luxury Limousines.
Additional services will be provided exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions.
A contract for the provision of transportation services is only concluded if the date and the content of the contract have been confirmed in writing by Swiss Luxury Limousines via a booking confirmation.
Not included are:
Additional kilometers outside the agreed scope of services
overnight stays of the driver
parking fees
Tunnel, toll and motorway fees outside Switzerland
Expenses for non-agreed special customer claims
The number of pieces of luggage and ski equipment must be specified before collection.
Animals (e.g. dogs, cats) may only be transported in a suitable transport box.
cancellation policy
A confirmed reservation can be cancelled under the following conditions:
✔ Up to 7-14 days before departure → 80% fees
✔ Less than 7 days → 100% of the order value as cancellation fee
⚠ Special cancellation conditions apply during the World Economic Forum.
All prices are in CHF (Swiss francs) and include 8.1% VAT.
Liability
Swiss Luxury Limousines assumes no liability for force majeure, in particular:
natural events (e.g. extreme weather conditions)
traffic disruptions (e.g. traffic jams, road closures)
vehicle breakdowns or accidents
Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. incorrect pickup or destination information)
Unforeseeable events beyond our control
infection protection measures
liability of the customer
✔ All limousines are non-smoking vehicles. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
✔ Heavy soiling will be charged to the customer based on the cleaning effort.
working and rest times
In order to comply with the statutory working and rest time regulations (ARV 2), it may be necessary to employ a second driver.
Maximum driving time per day: 9 hours
Maximum working and presence time: 13 hours (in exceptional cases 15 hours)
These legal requirements must be strictly adhered to.
jurisdiction
All disputes shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
